Matthew Morrall

My name is Matthew Morrall and it’s a pleasure to be able tointroduce myself to you and hopefully work alongside you to provide care to yourpatients.

I gained my honours degree from La Trobe University majoringin Human Physiology and Biochemistry. After graduating I moved to Adelaidewhere I began working as a cardiac scientist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital in1998. Whilst at the RAH I gained extensive experience in all aspects ofcardiology and cardiac diagnostic testing, especially echocardiography. Aftergaining my Diploma of Medical Ultrasound in Cardiac Ultrasound in 2001 I movedto Northern NSW and began working in regional centres providing echocardiographyservices to several private clinics and public hospitals.

I have maintained a keen interest in ultrasound educationand training and until recently had been a long standing member of the ASUM DMUBoard of Examiners. I also served a term as a Director of ASUM.

I am very excited to be working with the Cardiologists atHealtheCare to bring cardiac diagnostic testing of the highest quality to thepatients of the Manning Valley and surrounding areas.
